Jennifer Green, Principal Consultant and Founder

Jennifer Green is a Senior Global Human Resource Strategic Leader, with a +25 year career in a variety of global human resource leadership and consulting roles involving designing and implementing global workforce programs targeted to attract, engage, and retain key talent including:

Total Rewards: Cash and Equity Compensation tied to Company and Individual performance; Sales, Applications, and Consulting Incentives;

Staffing: Merger/Acquisition and Re-deployment; Recruiting Action Planning

Talent Management: Employee engagement initiatives; Succession Planning and Leadership Development; Performance Management; HR metrics and dashboards

Ms. Green has unique and extensive experience in developing human resource practices to support business operations in China, India, Europe, Canada, Japan, and other countries in Asia/Pac, as well as, the U.S. domestic markets. She has worked at a senior leadership level for top companies in the high technology and pharmaceutical industries such as Synopsys, KLA, Logitech, Syntex (now Rosche), and Seagate. Since founding Green Global Resources in November, 2006, Jennifer’s consulting projects have involved a diverse set of companies in high tech, such as: Netflix, BEA Systems, Magellan Navigation, the U.S. Navy (Civilian Division) and Time Warner (TWC).



Pi Wen Looi, Principal, Novacrea Research Consulting

Pi Wen Looi is the founder and principal of Novacrea Research Consulting. She is an expert in employee engagement, employer branding, and best employer research and is a licensed facilitator of The Coaching Clinic®. She has more than 12 years’ experience in employee research, talent management consulting, focus group moderation, and meeting facilitation. Her clients have included start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofit organizations. Previously, Pi Wen worked at Hewitt Associates where she led a global research team that studied the characteristics of best employers worldwide.

Pi Wen is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. She brings a unique cultural perspective to consulting with clients as she has worked with organizations and associates globally and grew up in Malaysia and Singapore. When she’s not consulting or writing, Pi Wen enjoys capturing myriad human expressions through her camera lens.

Pi Wen received her Ph.D. and Master’s degrees in applied quantitative psychology from Ohio University and her B.S. in mathematics from the National University of Singapore. Cindy Burns, Senior Consultant

Cindy Burns is a Senior Human Resources Leader with over twenty-five years of experience aligning human resources initiatives with global business strategy. Her expertise includes:

- Organizational change (acquisitions, divestitures, outsourcing)
- Performance management (appraisals, goal setting)
- Total rewards (compensation, benefits, recognition programs)
- Employee Relations (employment law, regulatory compliance)

Cindy has partnered extensively with executive leadership in both the pharmaceutical/biomedical (Valeant Pharmaceuticals International) and defense (DRS Sensors & Targeting Systems) industries to further the business through its people. She has unified 31 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, Latin America and AAA (Asia, Australia, Africa) under a single corporate compensation program and performance management system. Ms. Burns has managed the global human resource activities related to the due diligence and integration of acquired companies as well as the divestiture, exit strategy and outsourcing of business units and divisions. She is SPHR certified and experienced in all aspects of employee relations including policy development and interpretation, sexual harassment investigations, EEOC and workers comp hearings and mediations, disciplinary actions, lay-offs and terminations. Cindy’s talent acquisition experience has included recruitment strategy in the hiring of all levels of employees, with a focus on PhD. scientists and engineers. Her consulting clients have included Magellan (northern California) and Directed Electronics, Yellow Book, Biogen Idec, Anchor Blue and Safeguard Dental (southern California).



Vivian Pendergrass, Associate Consultant

Vivian Pendergrass is an Associate Consultant with Green Global Resources, and owner of VLP Support Services. She is highly skilled in data auditing and analytical support services for companies that have a need for detailed analysis, reporting, and auditing of Human Resource metrics. Her experience includes domestic and international auditing and internal control with Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO), as well as Contract Administration with Morrison-Knudsen and Entranco. Vivian has a B.B.A. degree in accounting from Texas A&M University.



Jill Springer, Senior Consultant

Jill Springer is a well known Human Resources executive, consultant and advisor to corporations, entrepreneurs and venture capitalists. Over the past 30 years she has consulted on business issues to commercial, technical and consumer companies in the United States, Europe and Asia. She is known for her well grounded, clear, straightforward and operationally focused plans in support of the business or strategy. Solutions can vary from corporate level strategic advice through the implementation of process enabled change.

Springer has a proven track record in shaping, designing and implementing solutions for companies such as: Applied Materials, Apple Computer, KLA-Tencor, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company and Infineon Technologies. Her understanding of the business environment, organization dynamics and the implementation process, from concept through successful operation, provides clients with valuable expertise in:

Mike Bresnahan, Associate Consultant

An Associate Consultant with Green Global Resources, Mike Bresnahan holds an M.A. from Columbia University in Organizational Psychology and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts in Psychology. During his graduate training, Mike consulted to Hess Corporation’s leadership training initiative where he conducted participant interviews, analyzed qualitative and quantitative data, synthesized findings, and presented recommended interventions. Interested in organizational change, development, and effectiveness and the burgeoning role of strategic HR, he is presently pursuing a Six Sigma Green Belt certification (CSSGB) through Villanova University as well as studying the SHRM Learning System body of knowledge in preparation for HRCI PHR certification. Bresnahan is currently looking for a full time position.
